Job summary

SpaceX is seeking exceptional students for Summer 2027 Civil Engineering internships. You will work with a world‑class engineering team to help design, build, activate, and maintain SpaceX facilities and infrastructure across multiple locations including Hawthorne, CA; Cape Canaveral, FL; and Starbase, TX.

Interns must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate program and have 3+ months of civil/structural experience. US citizens or eligible permanent residents are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or graduate program
• 3+ months civil/structural engineering experience
• U.S. citizen, national, or eligible immigrant (ITAR) status or exemption

Responsibilities

• Assist design, build, activate, and maintain civil/structural facilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Contribute to project execution from conception to completion
• Participate in intern events, networking, and professional development trainings
