Job summary

SpaceX Spring 2027 Civil/Structural Engineering Internship invites outstanding students to join us for silicon hardware engineering roles. As a civil/structural intern, you will collaborate with a world-class, multi-disciplinary team to design, build, activate, and maintain some of the world’s most technically advanced facilities and infrastructure.

Internships are available in Hawthorne, CA; Cape Canaveral, FL; and Starbase, TX, onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks starting January or

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or graduate program
• 3+ months of civil or structural engineering-related experience
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee eligibility per ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with a world-class, multi-disciplinary engineering team to design, build, activate, and maintain facilities and infrastructure
• Assist with civil/structural analyses and drawings and contribute to project deliverables
• Engage in professional development and networking events while contributing to SpaceX projects
