Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking Accounting Interns for Summer 2027 to support the Controller, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. You will work with the accounting team on daily tasks and provide updates on assignments, while learning processes and adhering to safety policies.

Candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently

Keeley Construction is looking for Accounting Interns to join our team in Summer 2027.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Controller, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Communicate with all members of the accounting department for daily tasks.
• Be able to provide an update on all assigned tasks.
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
• Results oriented and organized multi-tasker.
• Problem solver with innovative ideas.
• Self-starter and not afraid to ask questions.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to learn multiple tasks.
