Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a paralegal degree preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Certification as a Notary Public and a valid state driver’s license are required for this role.
The purpose of the class is to perform responsible, specialized clerical duties in support of efficient and effective Court Administration operations; to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records; to assist in the courtroom as necessary, and to perform related work as required.
The class works within a general outline of work to be performed, and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.
