Summa Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapy - Stark State role to support patients and staff with non-clinical duties and coordinating care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of work experience interacting with customers or the general public preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse people.

Summary

Responsible for attending work related education and training sessions, performing office functions, and non-clinical duties to assist both patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Formal Education Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience & Training Required:
• Six (6) months of work experience interacting with customers or the general public preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook
• Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work under high volume and fast paced conditions with frequent interruptions
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment by displaying a positive attitude, accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback; by supporting team goals and encouraging other team members
