A leading North American resource company is seeking an experienced Superintendent for the Sulfuric Acid Plant in Winnemucca, NV. The role involves supervising operations and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Candidates should have at least 10 years of supervisory experience in the chemical industry and a strong understanding of sulfuric acid production processes. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the chemical industry, preferably in sulfuric acid production.
• Proven ability to develop and implement new training programs, procedures, and systems.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Sulfuric Acid Shift Supervisors and operations crews.
• Lead commissioning and start-up of the Sulfuric Acid Plant.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NDEP, EPA, and DOT regulatory requirements.
