Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suits Supervisor Premium to support all food and beverage operations at its premium venues. You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce responsible beverage service while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

The Role:

The Suite Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff.
• Directly managing staff while having direct interaction with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product. Research and perform reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred

Compensation: $30.80/ph
