Time to step up your career! We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the guidance of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and igniting your passion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure safe, organized storage of food items.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
6. Ensure a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
10. Maintain a safe working environment.
11. Train and mentor food service workers.
12. Keep logs on equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
14. Proficient in multitasking.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
16. Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
17. Coordinate and oversee catering events, including occasional night and weekend work.
18. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via various channels.
19. Perform cashier duties if needed.
20. Promote good public relations.
