The Suite Supervisor position supports all food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling staff.
  • Manage staff and interact directly with customers.
  • Maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train staff on responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, personable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks.
  • Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
