Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Pantry Coordinator to support event-day operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Under the direction of the Suites Manager, you will accurately service orders and ensure timely delivery during game days and major events.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of fast-paced hospitality experience, strong organization, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Culinary training and food safety certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures and food preparation as assigned.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Keep pantry shelves, walls, floors, and drains clean.
• Deliver excellent service and product to suites.
• Handle and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Organize all suite orders for proper delivery.
• Enter event-day orders into POS and reconcile advances.
• Coordinate with Suite Attendants for accurate payments.
• Control pantry inventory.
• Work with stadium service departments as a team.
• Complete tasks as assigned by management.
• Reconcile accounts at close of event.
• Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Role:

Pantry Coordinator Under the direction of the Suites Manager, the Pantry Coordinator is responsible for accurately servicing event-day orders and ensuring prompt delivery of orders

Primary Responsibilities

• Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately delivered.
• Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related, excellent service and delivery of product.
• Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Must organize all suite orders to ensure proper delivery of orders.
• Enters in all event day orders into the POS system and reconciles all advance Suite orders.
• Must work with all Suite Attendants in obtaining accurate payment from each suite.
• Responsible for properly controlling inventory in the Suite Pantry.
• Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
• Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
• Responsible for reconciliation at close of event
• Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
• Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and adapts; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Culinary training preferred
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major Stadium events
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
