Job summary

Levy Restaurants at UNM is seeking a Suites Supervisor for Group Sales, Suites and Catering. This part-time role focuses on supervising the suites operation, managing inventory, and ensuring top-tier guest experience for Lobos fans throughout events at UNM venues.

You will work with a team to uphold hospitality standards, coordinate group sales functions, and support daily food service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Experience in foodservice operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to ensure high value and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff stay on task, and standards are met.
• Monitors marketing signage and ensures it is current and correct.
• Upholds company and client policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
