Job summary

Levy at UNM is seeking a Part-Time hospitality team member to support food and beverage operations for UNM Athletics. You will assist with inventory, ensure quality service, and contribute to a welcoming game-day experience for Lobos fans.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in food service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
