Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food following federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
3. Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
8. Attend safety meetings and maintain good relationships with staff and customers.
9. Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
10. Adhere to safety policies, including proper glove and footwear use and safe lifting techniques.
