Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking staff to serve food and beverages in the Suites at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and maintain a clean work area while following Supervisor directions for suite setup.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with TABC certification and TxRC license and at least 1 year of prior experience in food service. This role offers day-one benefits and a performance bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• TABC certified and TxRC Licensed.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests as required.
• Takes beverage orders and serves accordingly.
• Maintains cleanliness of Suites and work area.
• Suite setup as directed for Supervisor.
• Greets Suite guests and informs guests of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities.
• Other duties assigned.

Set up, services, and maintains all food and beverage in the Suites.
