Legends Global is seeking a Suite Server at PNC Field in Scranton to deliver attentive, professional food and beverage service to guests in the suite areas during RailRiders events.

You will prepare suites, maintain cleanliness, fulfill orders, and support catering and upselling. This on-site, seasonal, part-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with excellent guest service as the priority. Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices is an asset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional in-suite food and beverage service to all guests.
• Review suite orders, event details, and guest instructions prior to each event.
• Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food and beverages are properly stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Maintain suite presentation and cleanliness throughout the event.
• Execute guest orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with the kitchen team as needed.
• Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event to maintain service standards.
• Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed, including bartender, server, and catering support.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards at all times in compliance with company and PLCB regulations.
• Process additional orders through POS systems and ensure accurate billing.
• Clear suites post-event, ensuring proper storage and disposal of items.
• Assist with promotional and upselling initiatives, including desserts and beverage features.
• Complete all opening and closing duties assigned by the Managers.
• Maintain clear communication with Managers and Kitchen Staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
