Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Toyota Center is hiring a Premium Suites Runner to support premium hospitality during events. You will deliver food, beverages, ice, and supplies to suites, restock service areas, assist with setup and teardown, and help maintain high service standards throughout events.

Prioritizing guest experience and teamwork, you’ll collaborate with attendants and culinary staff. Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and hold Food Safety and TABC

Qualifications

• Food Safety and TABC certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to suites accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify orders, communicate discrepancies, and support food distribution as needed.
• Restock suites and service areas with ice, service ware, condiments, and other essential supplies.
• Assist with pre-event setup, stocking, organization, and post-event cleanup and restocking.
• Support suite attendants by responding promptly to requests and helping maintain premium service standards.
• Provide courteous service and elevate guest concerns when appropriate.
• Assist with inventory management, product tracking, and proper storage procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure operational readiness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with attendants, pantry coordinators, culinary teams, and supervisors to support seamless event execution and resolve operational issues.

Job Summary

Premium Suites Runner

The Premium Suites Runner supports premium hospitality operations by delivering food, beverages, ice, and supplies to suites, assisting attendants and pantry staff, maintaining inventory and service standards, and helping ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout event operations.
