Job summary

Legends Global is seeking friendly stadium suite attendants to manage guest service and suite operations during events. You will process orders, enter them into the POS system, and help ensure accurate cash handling and timely service.

Requirements include CA Food Handlers and RBS certifications, a high school diploma, and the ability to work varied event hours while maintaining teamwork and guest satisfaction. Union membership is noted for the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• CA Food Handlers Certification is required.
• CA Responsible Beverage Service Certification is required.
• Cash handling/POS experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Report for scheduled events on time and to assigned areas.
• Handle opening/closing duties as directed by management.
• Assist suite guests, taking orders and ensuring proper delivery of items.
• Enter event day orders into the POS system and reconcile advance suite orders.
• Ensure accurate payment collection and proper inventory control in the Suite Pantry.
