Our Suite Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service within our suites for events.

We are holding OPEN INTERVIEWS EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 10AM-1PM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI

2571 O'Varsity Way, Cincinnati, OH

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring that assigned suites are clean, orderly, and well attended to, and that all food and beverage items are provided according to selected à la carte or buffet-style menus.
• Stock and set up the suite prior to guests' arrival, and provide the highest levels of service and personal attention throughout the game or event.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Stand and exert mobility in tight spaces
• Bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Walk approximately one-fourth (¼) of a mile multiple times a day
• Perform repetitive motions
• Operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Push and pull equipment up to 0.4 miles
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, carrying approximately 20 feet
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and twist intermittently or continuously
• Grasp, push, pull objects, and reach and lift overhead
• Operate a desktop computer or register terminal
• Understand written information
