The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The role requires a personable attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available for scheduled events based on business needs.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.50, plus tips.

NBT Bank Stadium is home to the Syracuse Mets, the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-orders.
2. Ensuring all suites are set prior to events according to received orders.
3. Organizing and preparing for events in assigned locations.
4. Closing out financials per event and ensuring correct billing.
5. Monitoring and maintaining food quality.
6. Upholding safety, sanitation standards, and a positive atmosphere.
7. Enforcing safe alcohol policies and procedures.
8. Managing inventory and product requisitions.
9. Having full knowledge of food and beverage menus.
10. Supervising beverage service, including checking guest IDs for alcohol purchase.
11. Responding to guest requests.
12. Ensuring suites have necessary serving ware.
13. Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards.
14. Demonstrating excellent attendance.
15. Ensuring equipment is operable and clean before events.
16. Recognizing and acting on signs of guest intoxication.
17. Performing other duties as assigned.
18. Communicating effectively with team members and guests.
19. Possessing valid food handling or alcohol service permits if required.
20. Handling cash accurately and responsibly.
21. Calculating basic math functions related to transactions and inventory.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years experience in food & beverage or customer service roles.
