Summary: Ensures that suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures suite in designated area is properly set before guests arrive.
2. Works closely with suite runners and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
3. Develops a positive rapport with guests.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of one year leadership experience.
2. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
3. Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
