Job summary

Legends Global, Alamodome is seeking a part-time Suite Attendant to maintain suite cleanliness and assist guests. You will set up suites before events, coordinate with hosts, and manage food and beverage orders during events to ensure a high level of service.

The role requires strong guest service skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Legends standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting, and ambiance.
• Verify and set-up all pre-event orders.
• Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself.
• Take and place event day food and beverage orders.
• Set-up and check on event day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of suite throughout the event.
• Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner.
• Clear all items and clean surfaces and chafing dishes; reset suite for next function.
• Adhere to Legends dress code (black pants and non-slip shoes).
• Other duties may be assigned.

**Suite Attendant - Alamodome****POSITION:** Suite Attendant **DEPARTMENT:** Food & Beverage, Premium **REPORTS TO:** Suites Supervisor & Premium Manager **FLSA STATUS:** Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt**SUMMARY*** Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Suite Attendant for Legends Global Alamodome. The Suites Attendant maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and assists guests in accordance with Legends Global Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting, and overall ambiance in the suite* Verify and set-up all pre-event orders* Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself* Take and place event day food and beverage orders* Set-up and check on event day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event* Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed* Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event* Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner* Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite* Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or manager* Must adhere to the Legends dress code which includes wearing black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes* Other duties may be assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Ideal Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
