Job description

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Suite Attendant is responsible for cleaning the suite interior and immediate areas, including patio, balcony, and/or deck of the assigned suite, in accordance with company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local guidelines, ensuring a clean, sanitary, and inviting suite for the guest.

Essential Job Functions

1. Remove all bed linens, terry, and trash upon checkout.
2. Clean bathroom(s), bedroom(s), parlor(s), living rooms, and kitchenettes.
3. Make beds with clean linen.
4. Replace used terry in bathroom(s).
5. Replace all standard guest suite supplies and branded amenities in areas of the suite, including bathroom(s) and kitchen.
6. Replace damaged, torn, or stained paper products (e.g., suite directories, channel guides, notepads).
7. Replace stained, damaged, or discolored shower curtains.
8. Turn on lights to confirm correct wattage and ensure they are in working order.
9. Vacuum and spot clean carpets and flooring.
10. Vacuum all upholstered furniture and dust furniture, fixtures, and pictures.
11. Secure any lost & found items and turn them into Security or management.
12. Report any maintenance deficiencies.
13. Ensure confidentiality and security of all suites.
14. Assist other team members as needed.
15. Assist members, owners, and guests with questions, requests, or concerns, escalating to management as needed.
16. Complete all required training and compliance courses.
17. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. No prior experience or training required.
3. No supervisory experience required.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to understand and follow both oral and written directions, with knowledge of correct business English and office practices.
