Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverages orders following service steps.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain safe handling; assist with guest needs.
• Explain menu items and allergens; advise on pairings.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure accuracy and accommodate requests.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and handle cash procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment.
• Respect confidentiality of personal/medical information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor.
• Ensure dining room setup before/after service; uphold sanitation.
• Operate equipment (fire extinguishers, phones, beverage machines, soup wells, coffee).
• Collaborate with other departments during events.
