SAVOR, a leading provider of food and beverage services at sports, entertainment and convention facilities, has an immediate opening for a Suite/Event Attendant at Truist Arena. The position requires passing a credit and background check. Duties include greeting guests enthusiastically, serving alcoholic beverages appropriately, answering guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities, performing side work during non-busy hours, developing guest relationships, providing high-level service, timely delivery of food orders, maintaining professional appearance and communication, following checklists and standard operating procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and increasing knowledge of menus and products. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, obtaining a Food Handler’s Permit, and attending ASM Global Alcohol and Policy Training Classes. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing or walking for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with 1-2 years serving experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high stress situations are required.
