Job summary

Sugarloaf is seeking a dedicated Competition Center Coordinator to manage race entries and document results for competitors, while coordinating large volunteer groups for each event.

You will learn and operate timing systems, support clerical tasks, and work with the Comp Center Director to ensure smooth race operations on and off the mountain.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with periodic slow times.
• Have basic computer skills and be willing to be trained to use job specific software and programs.
• Able to ski or ride to event sites.
• Able to work flexible hours with a schedule that varies with event needs and volume.
• Strong people skills and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the paperwork and tasks required to document and facilitate race entries and results for competitors.
• Complete clerical duties required for the department, for events, and/or assigned by the Comp Center Director and Race Admin.
• Assist with cash ups for events.
• Organize and assist large groups of volunteers for each event as needed.
• Be able to learn and use timing systems and equipment.
