Hello Sugar Wood-Ridge is urgently hiring licensed estheticians/cosmetologists to join our modern sugaring and waxing studio in New Jersey. We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay with tips and commission, and opportunities to grow as we expand to additional locations.

As a team, you will provide full-body sugaring and waxing, perform client consultations, and promote memberships while delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• NJ Esthetician or Cosmetologist license held for 3+ years.
• Experience in sales is a plus, but we provide paid sales training.
• Prior waxing or sugaring is highly preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Coachable, motivated to hit goals, and eager to learn new techniques.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• We will train the right licensed candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional full-body sugaring and waxing services while maintaining Hello Sugar protocols.
• Perform skin and brow consultations, and educate clients on proper skincare and aftercare.
• Actively encourage client re-bookings and sell memberships.
• Provide top-tier customer service to build a loyal, recurring clientele.
• Keep a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
• Attend paid educational and technique training sessions.
