Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is hiring Sugaristas (esthetician/cosmetology) to provide full-body sugaring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at our NYC Metro locations. A paid training program teaches our sugaring technique and product knowledge.

Expect competitive hourly pay, bonuses, commissions, and growth opportunities as we expand. You'll greet clients, maintain clean rooms, handle appointments, and stay informed about services and memberships.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in New York.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and care.
• Greet, check in/out clients using appointment system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Respond to client emails/texts regarding appointments.
