Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking energetic Sugaristas in Miami Beach, Florida. This role involves providing exceptional sugaring services in a vibrant environment while building connections with clients. Successful candidates will enjoy a structured paid training program and have opportunities for growth as we expand.

Responsibilities include performing hair removal services, educating clients on care, and maintaining clean treatment areas. Excellent communication skills are essential, and a valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services including Brazilian and Bikini.
• Educate clients on the process and aftercare for sugaring services.
• Greet and check in clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening and closing side work.
