Job summary

EAST Miami is hiring a busser to support our dining team. You will help create exceptional memories for guests by promptly clearing and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and delivering items from the kitchen to the dining room.

Our kitchen and service team rely on your attentiveness and warm service attitude. The role emphasizes strong hospitality spirit, physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Past experience in similar capacity is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Clear all tables from dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and dirty linen; then reset tables for new guests.
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet.
• Transport all necessary food and drink items from kitchen/bar to the dining room as soon as possible while following service standards.
• Provide customer service to external and internal guests, including greeting guests who pass by the area.
