EAST MIAMI is seeking a friendly Quinto Busser/Runner/Buffet Attendant to help create memorable experiences for guests. You will support a busy service team, clear tables, assist in food and beverage service, and ensure the dining area stays impeccable.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Clear all tables from dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and dirty linen; then reset tables for new guests
• Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet
• Responsible for transporting all necessary food/drink items from kitchen/bar to the dining room as soon as possible while following all standards of service
• Provides customer service to external and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass by your area
  

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays
