Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vacuum excavation trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate pneumatic air tools such as jackhammers and pogo tampers.
• Create legible field sketches, perform simple mathematics, and take basic field measurements.
• Possess a valid current driver's license.
• Obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical card for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including strenuous activities and travel.
• Work under adverse conditions (heat, cold, terrain, wildlife, insects).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Pre-employment drug screening required; background and motor vehicle checks may be conducted.

Performance Expectations

• Participate in cross-training and communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Accurately record and report daily work, time sheets, and expenses.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed.
• Review work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain certifications and participate in training as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and project standards.
