Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Technician to support field operations and underground utility mapping on construction projects.

You will operate GPR and other detection tools, collect data, and help ensure accurate utility location and safe project execution. You will join a collaborative team, receive hands-on training with the latest SUE technology, and contribute to site investigations across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
• Experience with Electromagnetic Locators.
• Experience with RTK GPS.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field investigations using state‑of‑the‑art SUE equipment.
• Mapping and documenting underground utilities to provide essential data for construction projects.
• Collaborating with other skilled professionals to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
• Participating in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills in SUE practices.
• Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude while adapting to various work environments.
