Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts, fee estimation, project setup, and execution in New Hampshire or Massachusetts, with understanding of ASCE 38-02 guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively, supervise, mentor, and ensure accuracy; valid driver’s license required for site visits.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, work in the field, and support client meetings to foster business growth.
  • Potential hybrid/remote schedule with weekly office visits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
  • 7-12 years of professional experience.
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required.
Performance Expectations
  • Complete training, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and ensure project and safety compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and oversee technical aspects.
