Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of SUE CAD Technician experience.
• Proficiency in MicroStation v8i, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• GDOT project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process raw survey data from multiple sources into CAD-compatible formats.
• Develop detailed and accurate SUE CAD plans in alignment with GDOT PDP and EDG.
• Conduct QA/QC checks on CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Follow GDOT’s SUE Deliverable Checklist to ensure compliance with regulatory and project standards.
• Collaborate with the SUE Project Manager to meet project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews to verify utility locations and resolve discrepancies.
