The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon, seeks a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Counselor (Behavioral Health Specialist 1). This role involves providing gender-responsive and trauma-informed SUD treatment services to Adults in Custody, including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, psychosocial skills development, behavioral management, case management, and discharge planning. The position may also involve collaboration with AIC Peer Recovery Mentors and requires interaction with facility staff and external agencies. Supervised by an AIP Treatment Manager.
This position is represented by AFSCME and may be eligible for Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through PERS.
