Join The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Director. This full-time role offers a salary range of $70K-$85K annually and requires a strong background in addiction treatment and clinical leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee program development, ensure compliance with standards, and provide support to staff while fostering a compassionate, person-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in mental health, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current professional license required (LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LADC) in Massachusetts.
• Previous experience working in addiction or substance use disorder treatment required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with clinical obligations and service delivery standards.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and maintain program policies.
• Provide guidance and support during crisis intervention situations.
