We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Overnight Monitor to support our New Connections residential treatment program in Lemon Grove. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients during overnight hours while ensuring program operations run smoothly.
The SUD Overnight Monitor provides oversight for multiple residential programs, supports client safety and wellness, responds to emergencies, and assists with essential administrative and program duties.

All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements including a criminal background investigation, which involves fingerprinting. A pre-employment physical examination, and post-offer background check is required. Candidates must have at least one year clear of probation or parole, a drug test, and a negative TB test.
Placement on the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
