Brightside is a leading tech-enabled healthcare company. We are looking to hire licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, or licensed marriage and family therapists for our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Substance Use Disorder program. This program caters to the distinctive needs of individual adults, incorporating both 1:1 and group therapy. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, prioritizing personalized and culturally responsive care. At Brightside Health we've consistently prioritized research to measure the success of our programs, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-quality care backed by science.
This position involves managing a caseload of individual sessions and could eventually involve leading an evening group in Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Programs.
