Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health seeks an SUD IOP Therapist to provide individual and group therapy, assessments, and treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team. You will ensure accurate clinical documentation and maintain a supportive environment for patient recovery.

Responsibilities include DSM-5/ASAM screenings, developing care plans, delivering evidence‑based therapies, and coordinating with psychiatrists and case managers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with relevant behavioral health background.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, especially IOP or outpatient settings.
• Licenses LMSW, LCSW, or LPC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and mental health disorders.
• Experience with trauma‑informed care, CBT, DBT, and related modalities.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using DSM‑5 and ASAM criteria.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group therapy at IOP and OP levels of care.
• Deliver interventions based on Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma‑informed care.
• Coordinate case management and discharge planning with referral sources.
