Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking an SUD Engagement Supervisor based at TUHE with mobility to support CRS teams system-wide. You will manage the CRS team, oversee daily workflows, staffing, and hiring while ensuring compliance and improved recovery support services.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years lived experience in D&A recovery and EMR proficiency. Prior supervision and CRS experience are preferred to lead a behavioral health team

Job description

Reporting to the Director Recovery and Outreach, the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Engagement Supervisor will be based at TUHE but will have mobility to support members of the Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) team throughout the health system. In this role, the SUD Engagement Supervisor will manage the CRS team as they provide services for patients with substance use disorders. The position monitors CRS performance, partners with CRS to solve barriers to patient recovery and ensure the CRS team delivers on improving recovery support services. This position will also manage the CRS teams daily workflows, staffing coordination, hiring, processes, and compliance.

• Associate's Degree Preferred
• 2 Years Lived Experience In D&A Recovery Required
• General Experience with Electronic Medical Records Required
