Anew Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) to support clients with substance use recovery. Under supervision, you will deliver recovery services per the treatment plan, facilitate groups, and help clients set and reach recovery goals.
This role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, prescribers, and the care team, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Training and certification are required where applicable.

The Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) plays a vital role in supporting clients experiencing challenges related to substance use. At the direction of the primary counselor, provider, or applicable policy and procedure the CRSW provides the recovery support services detailed in the integrated treatment plan to eligible clients to support their recovery. This includes individual and group skill development, psychoeducation, setting and refining recovery goals, and addressing barriers to recovery.
The CRSW must have excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize online EHR platforms. The CRSW must have knowledge of Certified Recovery Support Worker processes and responsibilities.
