Job summary

Qualifications

• Temporary CADC or CADC with Iowa Board of Certification; full CADC within one year.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and admission planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Maintain client caseload and develop treatment plans.
• Document client interactions and progress notes.
• Coordinate counseling with mental health professionals and community services.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
