Personal Growth Counseling Services in Ohio seeks an SUD Clinical Leader to oversee and optimize the delivery of mental health services within summer and after-school programs, ensuring compliance with Ohio regulations.

The role provides clinical supervision to therapists and staff, monitors outcomes, aligns interventions with evidence-based practices, and collaborates with HR and partners to expand services and improve care for diverse Ohio communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in social services field.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio licensure (e.g., LISW-S, LPCC-S).
• 3–5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Must be certified within 90 days of hire on First Aid, CPR and De-escalation training.
• In-depth knowledge of Ohio Medicaid regulations and mental health service delivery requirements.
• Must maintain a current and valid Ohio or Michigan driver’s license, a good driving record, adequate insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, case managers, and other mental health professionals.
• Ensure treatment plans and interventions align with client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor clinician performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
