Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a transformation-focused recruiting expert with deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and SAP onboarding to guide clients through digitization. You will engage with multiple clients, advise on solutions, and influence SAP-related recruiting initiatives across projects.

The role requires traveling to client sites, leading project teams, and delivering end-to-end recruitment transformations using modern SAP tooling and best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience.

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clientsmeet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems.And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

Your role will involve engaging with multiple clients and contributing to key solutions that benefit various areas. • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Renewal of existing recruitment processes.
• Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise as well as documenting to be system workflow steps.
• Provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementation

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter (recent) experience
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
• Certified in SmartRecruiters
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

• You know everything there is to know about SuccessFactors Recruiting Management processes
• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
• You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
• You are an expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR.
• You have Advanced proficiency in business process analysis.
• You have Intermediate proficiency in solution design.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
