Job Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant, you will design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space.

Location: This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position will likely be $115,000 - $185,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular periodic sessions with Client to discuss progress of the Implementation
• Conduct strategy sessions with clients by identifying the client's current process and future state needs
• Lead a team of consultants
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
• Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignments
• Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients
• Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team

Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Certifications:

• Associate or Professional Onboarding 2.0 Certification
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (ideal but not required)

SAP SuccessFactors Experience:

• 3 - 4 years

Project Experience:

• Involved in 7+ projects
