We are trusted thought and execution partners to department leadership, shaping and delivering functional strategies that drive value for our customers and internal teams.
As part of this team, the Program Manager, Success Operations will play a key role in managing and evolving our Success Tiers program — Relativity’s tiered service model for post-sale customer engagement. Reporting to the Manager, Success Strategy and Business Operations, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into action, ensure consistent delivery of our services, and help drive operational excellence. You’ll act as a strategic thought partner and trusted program owner — supporting both vision and execution for one of our most critical customer-facing programs.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $119,000 and $179,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
