Job Responsibilities

• Client & Consultant Relationship Management: Negotiate and maintain strong, productive relationships between clients and consultants. Address concerns proactively to ensure fair, collaborative engagements. Monitor consultant performance to uphold high-quality standards.
• Project Estimation & Oversight: Define project scopes and realistic timelines in collaboration with clients and consultants. Use your understanding of software concepts to guide successful execution of technical initiatives.
• Business Growth & Strategic Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with sales and technical teams to drive upselling, process optimization, and long-term client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Project Execution: Lead projects using proven project management methodologies. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while ensuring timely, successful delivery.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience as a Success Manager
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams or individuals
• Minimum of 2 years in software, consulting services, or IT environments
• Strong negotiation and high-impact communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for long-term success
• Assertive and confident, with sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in changing environments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow up independently
• Previous experience as a consultant or business contractor

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
