As an independent, you’ll engage in digital lead generation, discovery calls, onboarding, and ongoing development within a global network, with earnings tied to sales and performance.

Responsibilities

• Digital Lead Generation: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to identify and connect with suitable prospective professionals.
• Consultative Conversations: Conduct structured discovery calls and interviews to understand candidates’ goals and assess their alignment with the business opportunity.
• Associate Onboarding: Guide new associates through the onboarding process and provide ongoing professional support as they establish their independent businesses.
• Continuous Development: Participate in global training and strategy sessions to remain informed about industry developments, effective practices and digital marketing approaches.
• Business Development: Use established digital systems and workflows to manage, develop and scale an independent online business.
• Performance-Based Earning Potential: Work within a results-driven business model in which earnings are linked to individual sales and performance.
