What You’ll Do

As OPS Success Coach, you’ll play a key role in providing individualized academic support aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation. This position requires a 20‑25 hour per week commitment.

• Providing services and supports aimed at increasing student persistence to graduate via an early alert system
• Providing tools, tips, and resources to empower students toward academic success
• Assisting students with creating time management plans for completion of academic work
• Meeting with students to establish goals with periodic follow‑up to ensure good academic progress
• Maintaining regular contact with students and providing guidance

We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
