Firewall Centers is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to mentor middle school and high school students in Fort Lauderdale. You will guide goal-setting, academic achievement, and personal growth to help students build confidence and life skills.

You will track progress, provide accountability, lead group sessions on leadership and wellbeing, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent support in a positive center environment.
